My Story

  • There is no better litmus test in faith than going through an excruciating and high-conflict divorce. I had no job, no degree, and no resources at my disposal. Choosing to leave the comfort of the 5-bedroom home and cushy life I co-created with the father of my children was the most severe ego death I could imagine for my 25-year-old self. I had to move myself and my kids into my mom’s basement while I completely rebuilt my life from scratch.

    Nothing in the external told me I’d be okay. I never saw a woman rebuild herself the way I knew I needed to, but I conjured up an unwavering belief that I was going to figure it out.

    And I did, over and over again thanks to the life-changing tools I picked up along the way.

  • I believe we are all responsible for our own suffering, but we are typically too close to the problems to see them for what they are. Hiring a coach in my own life helped me accelerate my healing, growth, and timeline for achieving my big goals. My coach gave me the outside perspective and the tools necessary for me to confidently quit my job and pursue the creation of my coaching practice.

    Now that I've experienced the absolute freedom that comes with deep healing, I want to help others experience this freedom, too.

  • I’ve been preparing to help guide others’ through their transformations for many years. I started with my life coaching certification, which included individual certifications in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), EFT (tapping), and hypnosis. I added theta healing certifications because of the profound healing I did with my own coaches, and I’ve also completed clinician-level trainings for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy integration.

    Aside from my certifications, my own life is my best case study. I've experienced food stamps and a 6-figure income within the same year. I've had to overcome debilitating self-doubt to feel safe enough to take the leaps that lead me to this path of freedom.

    I've also worked in the mental health industry for years as an employee, and am thrilled to bring my gifts to others' in this unique way.
