The majority of this call will be focused on rewiring your limiting beliefs using theta healing - a meditation designed to create neuro-plasticity in the mind. The healing will be recorded and sent to you to come back to as needed. 

From there, we’ll create a simple Aligned Action Plan so you can easily move from this empowered state.

You’ll leave our session with deep clarity around whatever has been plaguing you.
